well its there for people who live in cooled climates. honda cant make a specific model for every state.

We here in Cali wouldn't really have to worry about that. It's only been as cold as 30 degrees out here.

what kind of extension did you use? i thought that intakes were tuned for the cars and already had the best gains they could get with what they had to work with.

the coolant gets hot after a while which in return heats up the tb and intake manifold, which in return heats up the air your sucking in. by bypassin the coolant your throttle body and manifold dont get as hot, so the air your sucking in stays cooler. less heat more power.

search ebay for TSX throttle body.. it should come up! found it when i was thinking about swapping TB's.. i think that it was like $10-$15
