Ummm. Doesn't the K20 Si have a CAI-style setup from the factory ? I wouldn't think the SRI would do much, except to elevate the sound.

Yes you're right. Except the stock intake has resonators (which are a little restrictive), slightly restrictive piping and a fairly restrictive air filter all of which CAN BE improved for optimum performance. Comptech needs to release their icebox intake for our cars ASAP! It's already CARB approved, WTH?! Nevertheless, I still like the sound of the fujita considering its louder than my BCRH+comptech 2.5" exhaust. I took my dyno tuner for a ride and he loves the exhaust sound and noted more than once that the intake is definately louder than the exhaust/BCRH. So yeah, if you want a beasty intake sound and are worried about hydrolock get a fujita SRI or even the Injen SRI...
